As of 09/28/07 NorthPointe is an employee owned firm with 100% of the firm's equity controlled by the firm's partners.  All critical functions including, investments, trading, compliance, information technology, marketing, and client service decisions and activities originate out of NorthPointe Capital’s Troy Michigan office.

NorthPointe's business plan is to grow organically by raising assets for the three distinct and well-defined investment platforms. Our capacity constraints are based on the portfolio strategy's asset levels. The value platform is comprised of a small cap strategy and a small to mid cap strategy. The small cap value strategy is closed to new investors at this time. It is our goal to close the small to mid cap value strategy at $1 billion. The growth platform has a combined capacity level of approximately $10 billion through its expanded offerings over five investment strategies.  Those strategies include micro cap with a capacity of $500 million, a small cap and a concentrated small cap growth strategy with $2 billion in capacity, and finally our smid cap and mid cap strategies with $7.5 billion in capacity. We anticipate closing this platform in 5 to 7 years. Finally, our structured equity strategy includes a suite of large cap portfolios designed to beat their benchmarks through a quantitative discipline. This large cap platform, with no capacity constraints, completes our business plan for the next several years and beyond.
